Coops lost 12kgs and 40cm, and totally transformed his body shape. He went from a diet of eating anything he wanted, to following some sensible guidelines, and now has more energy to get to the gym after work, and he is saving money on food! He is now stronger, healthier and fitter than he has ever been in his entire life, and has a greater sense of what foods are going to nourish his body and what foods will be detrimental to his health.

Lisa won a 12 week challenge in 2013. Here is her story:
This was the second time that I have been a part of the 12 Week Challenge and for the second time I am so pleased that I made that step to take part. As with the first time, this was truly a challenge but it seemed to be less difficult than the first time around. The first time I had to learn what to eat, when to eat and what stay completely away from. I had to learn what exercises were key, how to correctly perform them, how often and long to train for. I learnt about my strengths, and to push past what I thought my capabilities were. There was a large time period in between the two challenges that I have participated in and by the time the second challenge commenced I had fallen into some familiar bad habits. I never let my exercise suffer but I no longer said no to every temptation that came before me. During this time I was able to maintain my weight but that's not what I wanted to do. I wanted to continue to lose the excess weight that I had obtained over the years.
By the time the Winter 2013 Challenge came around I was engaged and determined to lose the weight I needed to in order to feel happy with myself for my wedding day. I have trained 6 days a week without fail. I have increased my cardio endurance and speed. I have re-learnt what it means to eat well without ever going hungry. This has affected various areas of my life. I am creating greater bonds with co-workers as I feel more validated in myself. When prompted, I am encouraging friends and family to eat better and exercise more. I've even swapped recipes and cooking tips.
Another 12 Weeks completed and my training and exercise are on the right track, so I can look forward to my upcoming wedding and honeymoon.

Kate won a 12 week challenge in 2012. Here is her story:
Winning the 12 Week Challenge is really the icing on the cake for me. I already felt like I had won when I received the phone call, because I was so happy with my results. It has come as such a surprise and I am really proud as I have never won anything before.
12 weeks ago I had to be talked into doing this challenge by my husband, and I really didn’t believe that I could dramatically change my body in such a small amount of time. I have not stopped at 12 weeks, and along with my husband we have continued to set ourselves goals and fitness challenges to keep ourselves on track. This challenge has completely changed my life and it has motivated me to strive to improve myself even more, and I am now entered in a 5.7km run which I hope will be the first of many running events in the future.
I would like to give a huge thanks to my trainers for their support and advice with my diet (particularly when I was struggling in the first few weeks). I really hope that my results can motivate many other people to partake in this 12 week challenge, as it proves that you really can change not only your body but your whole life if you have the will power and put in the hard work!
