INTERVAL - A high intensity class based on short intervals of all out effort.
PILATES - Total body strengthening and toning class perfect for any fitness level.
H.I.I.T- A freestyle conditioning and toning class using weights.
WEIGHTS - A weights based class to improve strength and muscle tone.
YOGA - A system of physical and mental exercises practised to attain control over body and mind.
METAFIT - A class filled with short bursts of high intensity, functional movements. There are different levels so all fitness levels are catered for.
SPIN - A fast-paced cardio workout on stationary bikes.
BARBELL & CORE - A whole body resistance workout.
30-30 - A longer classed with a mix of high, low and moderate intensity exercises.
